Where the Geometry C sits in the market

The Geometry C is a compact electric SUV from Geely's electric-only sub-brand, built from 2020 to 2024 and continued as the facelifted Geometry M6 — 4,432 mm on a 2,700 mm wheelbase, with a Nidec front motor rated 149 kW and 310 Nm, a 150 km/h top speed, and CATL NMC battery options of 53 kWh or 70 kWh giving 400 or 500 km NEDC (450 or 580 km CLTC).

Its strength is not novelty but a documented export record: the Geometry C was Israel's best-selling vehicle of any kind in August 2022, and Geely launched it in Egypt in February 2023, its first African market. That gives an importer real homologation and parts precedent rather than a theoretical one. Because Chinese production ran only to 2024, confirm build year and stock position before quoting. Which version are you quoting?

The Geometry C was built from 2020 to 2024. A facelifted version, the Geometry M6, launched in September 2022 with restyled front and rear ends and a Huawei HarmonyOS system on the same powertrain, and remains in production. Confirm which of the two is on the invoice.

Both packs use CATL NMC cells — there is no LFP option on this car, so the choice is capacity, not chemistry. The 53 kWh version is rated 400 km NEDC and 450 km CLTC and covers most urban and fleet requirements at the lower landed cost. The 70 kWh is rated 500 km NEDC and 580 km CLTC and earns its premium only where genuinely long distances or sparse charging decide the sale. Motor output is the same 149 kW and 310 Nm either way.
Why are the range figures on NEDC? +
Geely quotes both NEDC and CLTC for this model, and both are more optimistic than WLTP — NEDC typically by 20 to 30 percent for the same car. The 53 kWh version is 400 km NEDC and 450 km CLTC; the 70 kWh is 500 km NEDC and 580 km CLTC. When quoting into a market that references European figures, state the standard explicitly or adjust the number. We always attach the standard so your customers can compare fairly.
Is Geometry a separate brand from Geely? +
Geometry is Geely's electric-only sub-brand rather than a separate company.
