Aion ES
Why this model
What makes the Aion ES worth importing
Built specifically for fleet duty
The ES is a stripped-back, fleet-oriented sedan designed around low running cost and high daily mileage rather than private-buyer appeal. Everything about it targets taxi and ride-hailing operators.
10 to 80 percent in 24 minutes
60 kW DC charging recovers most of the battery over a driver's meal break, which is precisely how ride-hailing operators plan their day.
4,810 mm on a 2,750 mm wheelbase
Full sedan dimensions with genuine rear-seat space — the passenger comfort a taxi operator needs, in a car engineered down to a fleet price.
Already reaching export markets
Announced for Pakistan, indicating GAC is positioning it beyond China as an affordable electric fleet sedan.
Specifications
Aion ES technical data
Manufacturer figures for the China-market car. Equipment and certification vary by trim, production batch and destination — we confirm the exact build sheet before the order is placed.

| 55.2 kWh BEV · single-speed | 100 kW136 PS | — | 55.2 kWh | — | — | FWD |
A dash means the manufacturer does not publish that figure for this version — we do not estimate it. Range standards differ: CLTC and NEDC read higher than WLTP for the same car, so compare like with like when quoting against a European rival.

About this model
Where the Aion ES sits in the market
The Aion ES is GAC's fleet sedan — a 4,810 mm four-door on a 2,750 mm wheelbase with a 53.7 kWh LFP battery, a 100 kW front motor, 6.6 kW AC charging and 60 kW DC charging that takes it from 10 to 80 percent in 24 minutes.
It is deliberately plain. Where the Aion S has moved gradually upmarket, the ES is engineered down to a price for taxi, ride-hailing and corporate fleet operators who measure a vehicle purely on cost per kilometre. LFP chemistry, hard-wearing trim and simple electronics are the point rather than a compromise. GAC has begun positioning it for export, with Pakistan among the announced markets. For an importer supplying fleet operators rather than private buyers, this is the most focused product in the Aion range.
Before you order
What an importer must know about the Aion ES
LHD; right-hand-drive availability is not documented, though the Pakistani market announcement suggests RHD is planned — verify before quoting an RHD destination. Charging is GB/T on China-market cars, with 6.6 kW AC and 60 kW DC. Published specifications for the ES are thinner than for GAC's mainstream models, so several figures are unconfirmed and we obtain the manufacturer's build sheet before quoting rather than estimating. Most destinations are served through the parallel-export channel at present.
Market fit
Where the Aion ES sells
Based on documented export presence and how the vehicle suits local conditions — not a guarantee of homologation, which we confirm per market before you order.
South Asia
Pakistan is an announced market, and electric taxi fleets there are actively looking for low-cost sedans with LFP durability.
Central Asia
Taxi and ride-hailing operators need cheap, durable electric sedans; a plain fleet car is exactly the requirement.
Southeast Asia
Ride-hailing is a dominant transport mode across the region and operators are electrifying on cost grounds.
Africa
Emerging electric taxi programmes in several cities where capital cost decides whether a fleet converts at all.
