Who is Dongfeng?
Dongfeng Motor is one of China's four largest state-owned automakers, founded in 1969 in Wuhan. It runs an unusually wide portfolio: its own passenger brands including Aeolus, Forthing and Nammi, the premium Voyah brand, a very large commercial-vehicle business, and long-running joint ventures with Nissan and Honda. For an export buyer that breadth is the point — passenger cars, pickups, vans and trucks come from one counterparty.
